For the second time, pop star Selena Gomez has put her 10,000 square-foot Fort Worth mansion on the market.

Gomez, a 25-year-old native of North Texas, purchased the luxury home in 2015 as a residence for when she visited family. In 2016, however, she had a change of heart, putting the five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home on the market. The listing price: $3.5 million. After failing to find a buyer, she pulled the listing.

The Gomez estate is now in it’s sophomore effort to land a deal.

The contemporary English-style home, situated on a 1.5-acre lot in the high-end Montserrat community, was built in 2005 and is the sixth-largest home currently on the market in Fort Worth. The city’s largest and priciest home presently on the market is a $7 million, 24,000 square-foot mansion that’s on the singer’s street, just a few homes away.

On Gomez’s property, a cobblestone driveway, flanked by lush grounds, welcomes visitors through a gated entrance. Past a double front-door entry into the home, visitors are greeted in an open-concept foyer with a view to a dining room and a wet bar. A chef’s kitchen is anchored by an island with space for six. There’s also a family dining room and an open living room off the kitchen with a floor-to-ceiling fireplace that’s bookended by built-in shelves and cabinets.

The master bedroom has dramatic tray ceilings and a sitting area that provides an outdoor view. The master bath is equipped with double sinks, a soaking tub, separate shower, and a makeup vanity.

When it comes to entertainment, Gomez’s home has a game room with a wet bar, beer taps, and space to accommodate pieces like a pool table, shuffleboard table, and the like. A movie room with a projector can seat eight. There’s also a coffee bar and a crafts room. Outdoor entertainment includes a lagoon-style saltwater pool with a slide, and a putting green.

In her teens, Gomez was a star on the Disney Channel’s “Wizards of Waverly Place.” She parlayed her stardom into a career in pop music. The “Come & Get It” singer is also known for her high-profile on-again off-again relationship with pop star Justin Bieber.
